Reporter.org was conceived by Investigative Reporters and Editors as a way to provide a variety of resources to journalists, journalism educators, and the public at large via the Web. Founded with a donation from the Hillman Trust and furthered with grants from The Florence and John Schumann Foundation, the project continues to evolve.
